Gin Ferrara is a Vermont Teaching Artist with nearly 20 years of experience teaching media production and digital storytelling to young people, with an emphasis on grade 6-12. Partnering with RETN and local schools, Ferrara presents creative, hands-on, team-oriented workshops in which students create their own short videos about the community, local issues, and causes that matter to them. Recent programs have taken place at the ELL Summer Camp, the Burlington High School YES Program, Essex Middle School, and Champlain Valley Union High School.
